Rob is considered an expert in strategic account management. He has over twenty years of experience successfully operating as a strategic account manager at several pharmaceutical companies and as a Market Access consultant. Rob has designed, and facilitated numerous account management training engagements for pharmaceutical, diagnostic, medical equipment, and CPG account managers.

Michael brings thirty plus years of experience leading business and healthcare training towards the digital future. He serves as an expert advisor and industry consultant, helping our clients gain a competitive advantage in a fast-moving landscape. He successfully combines proven business principles with the right mix of innovative technology in order to drive behavioral change and optimize the audience experience.
Jim has in excess of thirty-five years of sales, training, marketing and leadership experience from three pharmaceutical companies. Jim's expertise in Sales Strategy, Leadership and Field Force Effectiveness are well documented in the industry. Jim has also been involved throughout his career in building innovative commercial models and new sales strategies in many specialty areas. Most recently, he developed and tested new sales processes in the Oncology and Rare Diseases markets as Vice President of Commercial Innovation & Strategy for Novartis Oncology US.
Lisa Pilla RPH, Vice President, Strategy & Planning
Lisa has over twenty-five years of commercial leadership experience, with pharmaceutical and life sciences companies. She has a diverse background with expertise in marketing, sales, leadership, and medical. Lisa is an expert in team leadership, marketing strategy, brand planning, and new product commercialization. Lisa also develops commercial strategy and cross-functional planning, including commercial coordination with Research & Development teams.
